Design build project for Disney and ABC Studios consisting of 12 residential and 16          commercial back lot shell buildings located on the 50 acre Disney Golden Oaks Ranch in Newhall, California. Responsibilities included coordination of structural, civil and set designer requirements. Buildings consisted of cement slab, red iron structure and light gauge steel framework to point of completion where Disney Art / construction departments applied finish surfaces including stone, slate, precast concrete panels and foam.
