Current projects – Paris-Disneyland Resort expansion Architectural Revit modeling, Tokyo- Disneyland Resort expansion Special Effects Revit Modeling, Marvel Campus under construction in Disneyland’s California Adventure.
Recently completed BIM Modeling for Walt Disney Imagineering Special Effects department in design and construction of Disneyland resort in California and Disney World in Florida new lands for Galaxies Edge (2020 Themed Entertainment Association Award), including “The Rise of the Resistance, Smugglers Run, the Cantina and all shops and food service areas. Utilizing Revit, Solidworks, Sketchup, Rhino and AutoCAD programs. Working in cooperation with Special effects, Architecture, Structural, MPE, Audio / Video, Area Development, Show set and Animation departments.
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit modeling 2018 (BIM) with certificate and expert in Autocad 2018. Familiar with most rendering programs such as Rhino, Solidworks, Corel draw, Adobe Illustrator, Google sketchup, Microsoft Office applications and instructed CAD drafting at Ventura County Adult School.
30 years’ experience in retail / commercial / residential buildings from Type I to Type V construction, occupancies from A1 to H, and multi-story mixed-use design, expert at ADA/Title 24 requirements.
Extensive knowledge in Leeds Building design having worked closely with the Rocky Mountain Institute, a leader in green design.
Successfully passed both Building and Site Design portions of the NCARB while currently pursuing my license.
