Dillon Street is an addition to an existing property located on the hills of Silver Lake, CA. The current owner wants a guest back house with pool/deck addition. Vracko Design took me in for the conceptual designs, drafting and space planing to be completed Fall 2014. 

    The guest bathroom was an existing 8‘x17’ space underneath the main floor of this two story home. Foundation was taken out to complete the proposed guest bathroom, and new foundation was put out for the upcoming guest house and pool addition.
