This study examines a range of housing types that can be found in Fayetteville, AR to illustrate the relationship between Units Per Acre and and place making. The resultant drawings and pictures show the lack of vitality that comes with low density development and cookie-cutter suburban housing, and how simple, neighborhood design can bring a sense of life to a place.
