The concept of this neighborhood is mainly driven by the idea of live, work and play within walking distances from the living units with the emphasis of creating funky and interesting design, aesthetically pleasing. The design was an attempt to incorporate many organic living arrangements in terms of functions, uses and aesthetics. The integration of organic belts (greenways), dwelling units, retails, commercials, offices, and factories was the hallmark of such planning. Different
