40,000sf Clubhouse, Resturants, Pools, Bar, Gathering center for the community.  Took the stalled project, from partial design to complete construction documents updated to 2009 IBC, New Zoning regulations, and Postal design requirements.   Using easy to follow documentation, achieved building permit in 6 months.
