About

I've been designing and drawing Architecture and theater since I was a little kid. For 20+ years I've lived that dream. Building projects in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada, Kansas, Illinois and Georgia. I've discovered a real passion for the little design details whether it's aligning ceiling clouds and soffits in an open office area, hunting down authentic era blown glass to restore a window or finding just the right piece of wood to recreate the window trim or recreate a missing picture rail, while remodeling and restoring my historic home in Phoenix

I'm a problem solver, I love the challenge of creating a solution to unexpected site issue that are discovered during construction. I'm a zoning, building code, ADA and OSHA experienced designer, a mentor, teacher and organizer, with specification writing, bidding, site observation, punch list and construction detailing experience. Project management experience in commercial office, elementary school, higher education, small scale medical, mixed use multi-family construction, single family housing, commercial, retail, restaurant, industrial, hospitality and resort projects.

Computer Proficiencies – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Have been using and creating customized lisp routines for AutoCAD version 6 thru 2012. Photoshop. Hands on skills in plumbing, electrical work, finish construction, cabinet making, furniture restoration and landscape design. Theatrical, convention display and television set design, sound design, costuming design and lighting design.
