Project: A New Hybrid Building for Gay Street
Program:  hostel, retirement flats, soup kitchen, library.

Design Intent:  To explore the ability to design within the urban context while at the same time providing a separation from the density of the downtown setting. This attempt was explored through design of a courtyard that descends -12' from street level.
