Participated on a project that involved preparing and submitting applications for Land Use Amendment, Rezoning and Joint Planning Area for a 100-acre mixed-use community in the City of Ocoee. He assisted the Landscape Architect in charge with conceptual designs for a linear park, entry statement, pocket park and landscape buffers. The designs included the layout, elevations and landscape plans of a central water feature. Mr. Warriner also prepared digital color renderings, plan views of model types and street plantings.
