B.Arch - Thesis Project - 5th year of design (Design 7 & 8)

New York Institute of Technology - Professor Paul Amatuzzo

Year long thesis project concieved and executed by myself in order to help stimulate the Glen Cove Waterfront Project and to help revitalize the community.

This would be a cultural center that, in the evenings can also be used as a restaurant and Imax Theater (exhibits would be roped off)  in order to generate money for the city on a 16 hour per day basis.

Concieved almost 10 years before the Waterfront Project ground was broken.

The waterfront revitalization project is currently being constructed in Glen Cove and should be complete by 2015-2020.
