Nine phase, 19,000 s/f tenant improvement project (while continually operational) of three independant (RLSO, NLSO, PPD) departments. Each was provided a separate departmental entry for increasing security while isolating access. Courtroom hearing facilities include Judge's suite, plaintiff and defendant waiting rooms and new offices for court reporters and administration personnel.
