5,000 s/f animal research facility build-out within an existing three story educational and research building. The project included all stainless steel casework and doors, new mechanical and electrical rooms, procedural and holding rooms, behavioral / monitoring rooms and the construction of direct (underground tunnel) access to adjacent building cage wash facilities.
