Canali is a high end Italian, fashion designer and retailer. This project consisted of a two floor, full shell build out.  Americon, as the acting GC worked hand in hand with architect, Loffredo Brooks. The scope of work entailed a full demolition followed by construction of an elaborate interior. The space accommodated a mix of conference rooms, client offices, as well as intricate show rooms. Working on a tight construction schedule, Americon completed the project to the full satisfaction of the client and construction documents. I was the acting assistant project manager on this project who sought the project through in it's entirety.
