A master plan was prepared to provide a development vision for a 14-acre site. The site features a natural ravine and a direct connection to the region’s signature open space. Our design approach extends this amenity to accommodate 1.8 million square feet of office, retail, conference and residential use. The building shown in detail here is  the first building resulting from the master plan. The Building is designed to meet LEED gold and will be completed in 2017
