The beautiful palomar mountains to the  east of San Diego are the setting for this green integrated home. The house was designed as the first LEED building (LEED Silver) that my firm had done. Designed as a two part structure, the building has a master suite wing  and connected living space with views out to vistas in 360 degrees.

My duties in the creation of this project were varied and included; schematic design, 3d modeling, design development, creation of details, material selection, construction documents, and minor construction administration.
