The Venezuelan architecture of recent years is characterized mainly in solving the problems of low-income housing sectors. Thus, this project develops a physical rehabilitation for the urban improvement of Petare, one sector of Caracas with extreme population density. The design applies standard dimensions for public recreation areas, new drainage systems and lighting on the stair alleys to provide a better quality of life for the residents.
