The project started with  preliminary historical research to determine the configuration of the original face, box office and other key elements of the façade.  It is the consensus of the community that the 1937 renovation is the desired period to return the façade to. The project will be executed in two distinct phases, Phase One being the restoration of all façade elements that lie above the top of the existing canopy structure with Phase Two to be completed at a later time.  This would include limited canopy soffit work and extensive work below the canopy (porcelain and lighting) including the removal of the existing box office and replication of the original 1937 box office. The project is in the process of an environmental clean up to remove the asbestos from inside and outside the building.
