The Center will serve as the new home for the University’s Music, Theater and Visual Arts Departments. It will contain instructional, support, administrative and performance spaces including a 350 seat theater, a 350 seat concert hall and a rehearsal studio.

The expressive forms and material applications on the building highlight the building's dynamic functions and mixed-use program. The structure creates a iconic new anchor to the Westside Campus and sets the western edge of a future pedestrian quad. The 128 000 gsf project is on track for a Fall 2013 opening.
