This house was designed in a new cul-de sac in New Canaan, CT
The client wanted a large house on a sloping site with a swimming pool off the lower level.  The lower level also includes a wine cellar, media room, exercise room and family room.  On the first floor there is a dinning room, great room, study, living room, pantry, butler’s pantry, office, mudroom, three car garage and plenty of storage. There is a wide deck off all rooms on the rear of the building overlooking the pool, as well as a screened-in porch.  There are six bedroom suites, one of which is on the second level .  The third level also contains a large playroom.  There is a dramatic three story entry and fireplaces in the living room, study, master bedroom and playroom.
The patio at the rear of the house has a pool, outdoor cooking area and pergola.
