The Tramonto is a mixed use (residential / commercial) project in the heart of downtown San Diego. This building was an effort by the city of San Diego and the developer to create a project that would be mutually beneficial to both parties. The expansive parking below grade was to accommodate the residents of the tower as well as city employees. My contributions to this project were the feasibility reports, the design of the parking structure, presentation, unit layouts and unit mix analyses.
