The Legacy Tower is a 72 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois, located along south Wabash street.
The building contains 360 luxury condominium units, as well as providing 460 parking spaces.
The tower’s narrow design is intended to provide vantage points of the lake and park for all unit owners.
My time on this project was predominantly spent on the design of the lobby and common spaces with the head designer, as well as some curtain wall detail work.
