Landscape is a living element in flux. Water transports and transforms the earth, drying and flooding it. The need to build on the edge is presented as an opportunity to establish a dialogue between the bank, this level fluctuates and actually built, it should become a part permeable, resistant to change and that in itself becomes a connection between man and water.

The strategy for projecting on the edge will highlight the ecological, morphological and landscape values of the area, respecting the pre-existence of the river and its flood history, providing viable solutions for these cases.

MORPHOLOGICAL EVOLUTION OF THE SITE
The topography of the project will provide opportunities integrating the environment, forming empty and full, canals and islands.

ELEMENTS OF COMMUNICATION
In response to the possibilities of the site, our proposal presents a network approach to the landscape much as the piece through a trail that winds within the landscape, within the building, integrating and dividing.

THE BUILDING
It provide a longitudinal platform on which rest the building, it is broken and allow the passage of the road, water, wind, adapting to the landscape while protecting and serving the man.

GREEN ELEMENT
It will operate the local biodiversity, which will take over the topography, deeper inside the building, forming a green network to accompany the proposal.
