We were hired by the owner of the Chase Park Plaza to assist new owners with "tweaks" to their plans, but over the duration of the project it became clear that many people wanted more than minor changes. This couple purchased three units on the 21st and 22nd floors which we then combined into one master unit.

Challenges ran the gamut: construction coordination from structural alterations to custom designing the flush pivot doors. Politics.
