High-end Real Estate Flip .Project: Design-build of an existing 3150 sq.ft (4 bed, 3 baths)1950 ranch style home; converting it to (5 bed 3 ½ baths) open floor plan contemporary mid-century Design. Added on 45’ L x 8’ D exterior deck extending the new 48’ L x 17’ D open floor plan living space with an exterior outdoor entertaining space. Also Designed and built a new Japanese style landscape with rock gardens in the front yard, along with contemporary floating stairs to the main entry which enhanced the overall feel.
