My background includes architectural design, interior design, Landscape design and construction management. At this stage in my career, I am eager to establish myself at a design-build firm that closely reflects my core philosophies, will provide me the opportunity to continue to develop my skills and of course, who can benefit from my years of battle tested experience.

Architecture: Experience in all phases of the architectural design process: Extensive experience in designing and project managing high-end residential properties. Other experience includes: Hillside designs, High-End Beachfront residential, Custom residential, Spec-homes, Mixed use, Tenant improvement, Multi-Family, Commercial, Historical and Resort Design.

Landscape Design: Specialized in designing and building custom landscapes and pools for High-end Residential homes and large estates. Particularly emphasized on drought tolerant California native plants, lighting design, low use irrigation, proper drainage systems and custom water feature design.

Construction Project Management: Experienced in project managing and the overall building process. (Estimating, Scheduling, Bidding, Contract Negotiations, Budgeting, Purchasing Materials, Site Supervision, Safety and Quality Control, Permits, Building Inspections, Osha Inspections, Loan Inspections and hands on experience.

Design-build of Multiple Real Estate Flips. Low-end, mid and high-end historical preserved properties. Managed all expects of design and rehab, Consultants, Entitlement, Building and safety, Permits Inspections, Utilities, HPOZ, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, Material specifications, estimating, purchasing, contracts, negotiations, staging, accounting, and Cost tracking. I created a contract/scheduling /spec /cost tracking program in Excel and Smartsheet that shows funds approved to be paid out, Similar to a bank loan inspector based on weekly progress percentage reports. This was also a spec sheet /contract that all contractors had to follow.

Managed the construction of multiple properties, by designing the layouts, drawing construction documents, picking material, working with engineers, getting city approvals, Scoping and estimating Properties, along with working with contractors and vendors. Upgrading the internal systems methods, along with helping design the internal project managing computer program.

Tenant improvement consists of new Alur frameless Glass wall systems, Design, and installation of High-end commercial grade furniture, HD Video web conference systems. Was in complete control of the projects from design throughout the construction. Also worked on Landscape/Site Design, Hillside homes, Interior remodels, along with Project managing the construction process.

Assisted in the design and construction of a 41,670 Square ft Community Center called (M.E.N.D). In the design- build process I worked on all the medical and dental facilities, the food and clothing dispensary center, a professional industrial commercial kitchen, all ADA requirements, site and landscape plan, custom reception desk design, along with a the over all construction documents. I also worked on several residential renovations and commercial tent improvement projects.

Designed and managed the construction of several high-end residential spec homes and a 10 unit condominium. Was in complete control of the projects from design throughout the construction. Assisted in the presale of two of the units in the condominium through marketing and advertisement strategies.
