This Upper West Side Penthouse was completely reconfigured to accomodate the needs of the new owner. The new interior architecture is intended as a clean backdrop for a variety of objects/fixtures/finishes that the client owned or collected specifically for the purpose of this renovation. For example, the kitchen countertops are salvaged old MOMA courtyard tiles, bedroom closet doors were recovered from a monastery as well as the fireplace mantle and other fixtures.
