Responsibilities:
• Design Concept and floor plan options
• Graphic presentations using hand sketches and images from 3D Sketch-Up model
• Assisted in preparing production documents (SD, DD, CD)
• Worked on architectural details and selection of material
• Closely worked with Structural Engineer to coordinate architectural plans and figure out details
• Worked with Interior Designer in selection of material and colors
• Area take-off for cost estimate
• During construction phase, assisted with shop drawings as needed
