The project was to create high volume residential towers that were modular for the Atlantic Yards site in Brooklyn, NY.  This design utilized a cable system to hang each floor of modules from the tower's core.  By allowing no more than 4 apartments per floor we changed the feel of high rise apartments into a type of community per floor with communal green spaces on each floor for a variety of uses.
