This house is the third in the McMansion series designed for a 50'x150' lot. This plan is sized to accommodate four bedrooms.

This residence lifts the entire conditioned space off the ground. An unencumbered exterior yard and living space is created on the ground level. The elevated main floor features an open plan for the social spaces and master bedroom. Large sleeping rooms are on the uppermost floor.

By lifting the entire house off the ground, the line between porch and parking area i blurred. Significant credits towards impervious cover and Floor Area Ratio (critical calculations for mcmansion permits) can be achieved. An animation of this design can be seen here.
