This project was a two phase development plan where the first phase was to design and develop a new headquarters for Harley, Ellis + Deveroux that combined a parking structure, commercial space and office space for the company. The second phase was a master plan of the site which utilizes the site's gateway location to Royal Oak, MI. 

I approached this project with the intent of using Revit from concept through design development. The concept was simple and was based off of the intertwining of parking and usable space. The second phase was focused on drawing users to the center of the space which opens towards downtown Royal Oak.
