Scope of work included a new residence in the rolling hills of Ventura County.  Due to the challenging site terrain, extensive site analysis was necessary for structure positioning. Site analysis included physical site models and exterior elevation studies.  The client desired a floor plan that would allow for maximum views and outdoor exposure.
