The main idea of the school is to create an interaction between the separate academies, uniting them in both educational and social engagements. These interactions will encourage a sharing of knowledge between both students and teachers. The fold, which was generated from a weaving operation, helps create the idea of several continuous folding strands that not only intersect and interact with each other, but also create spaces and secondary relationships. It was this idea of the continuous fold that led to the programmatic organization of the school.
