Concept
this design was based on creating an aesthetic unity framed in this territory with the minimum possible dispersion, allowing optimizing costs, and also the concentration of functions and leisure activities with maximum effectiveness. From the center of the unit the covered patio creates a direct link with the outside. It was also thought with small access areas display in cardinal directions to a higher platform, creating outdoor seating zones where you can sit and relate to this place in a more intimate and profound relation. Its volumes were ranked and displayed with its function allowing or not a more direct relation with others or with  outside. We realized a building facing inside when necessary, but this object allows access to the exterior in multiple ways, creating sensory relationships at every moment we move into these spaces. Assumes an aesthetic condition that reveals geometric organization, but always thought  for multiple users.
