Concept
Given the assumptions, the problem is solved with a simple strategy. From one volume confined by the limits of ground, movements are carried out cutting the faceting volume according to the needs and requirements. The iconic character required by the promoter leads to the need for unity, guaranteed by it closed sculptural language.
Characterized by the differentiation of public and private, the ground floor is all glass, contrary to the existing floors above. Outside, white matter, the building is completely closed, allowing only glimpse their fenestrations through occasional openings. Inside there is the opposite, with the light entrance and exits to the outside by assumed balconies .
Understanding optimization spaces, it was arrange in a single column access to all areas of integrated support.
Provide the building with Climate control systems to passive and active high output. The sustainability of the building, with effective integration allows the use of clean energy and reusing resources.
