Managed the final phase of construction of the RowHouses of Montclare Station.  They consisted of four buildings each containing five units of separately addressed single family townhouses.  The project was originally stared as a planned unit development located on the northwest side of Chicago, IL. Immediately adjacent to the Montclare Metra train station.  Our strongest selling point was the fact that you could walk to the train in less than five minutes.  The project was turned over to the homeowners association in the fall of 2009.
