Designed of an addition and wrote the specifications for building code updates and assisted in obtaining permits for a private residence built in the Chicago Bungalow Style located in the West Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago's north side.

This project consisted of designing a floor plan for the second floor that added two additional bedrooms, bathroom, loft open area and utility room.
