House by the Lake is a remodeling project where the client briefed to make his 15-year-old circular ground floor house into a livable 2-bedroom house with an observation deck on the first floor.
Being 15 years old structure was not the only challenge we faced, also it was a load-bearing structure with a limited budget and we had to play with existing furniture.
As an Architect, we love to take on new challenges and deliver the project as per the brief.
