The decline of brick-and-mortar retail stores as a result of the convenience of online retail is an opportunity for retail spaces to shift from the main purpose of product purchases to prioritizing a retailtainment experience. This can create brand awareness, build trust, and positive experiences to further support product purchases both online and in-store. This is an opportunity to redefine the threshold user experience by investigating how the relationship of traditional store windows can become immersive experiences and blur historic archetypes.
