Perched against the vibrant skyline of Mumbai, Bhoomi Celestia- a high-rise residential tower stands as a testament to modern luxury and urban sophistication. Spanning across a plot area of 7 acres, only 4 acres have been utilised for construction. The construction of the structure weaves an interesting narrative which led to the rise of the residential tower. Initially conceived as an IT park and hotel, the project's trajectory shifted to another design during the plinth-level phase of construction. The decision transformed the hotel into a commercial building and the IT park into high-rise residential towers. Meticulously designed with a focus on the urban context of Mumbai, these residences offer expansive living spaces and panoramic vistas of the surroundings reviving the idea of luxury living. The strategic location of the structure grants residents unmatched proximity to the cultural, commercial, and recreational focal points of the city. 

Ar. Vivek Bhole emphasised the idea of functionality over form where every aspect of the construction had a certain purpose. The pre-existing central road within the plot underwent a transformation, serving initially as an accessway for the residential structure and subsequently evolving into a recursive garden at ground level. The residential scheme comprises two towers segregated from the garden and again connected through the podium. These towers define two different typologies in housing- luxury buildings and super premium buildings. One of the buildings comprised of two twin towers interprets the essence of a luxury building by including 2 and 3-bedroom compact apartments that offer vistas of the surroundings. A stand-alone building redefines the concept of “super-premium” by incorporating 3 and 4-bedroom spacious apartments. 

The towers possess a geometry that serves as a visual spectacle and profoundly influences the planning layout. A distinctive triangular silhouette blends form and function where the corners face each other ensuring no faces are on the same side. This fosters maximum privacy in apartments along with unparalleled vistas. The tower's design promotes natural light penetration, creating bright and airy living spaces. This geometry also facilitates efficient space utilisation, and functional arrangement of spaces allowing for the creation of strategically positioned communal and well-ventilated lobby areas. The thoughtful layout emphasises a modern and dynamic approach to high-rise living in the vibrant urban landscape of Mumbai.

The structure employs a monolithic construction process which leads to speedy building progress and minimises wastage of materials. A 6-level podium makes the first gesture of providing ample parking space and a base for the sought-after high-rise structure. Above the podium lies a grand double-height entrance lobby to welcome the residents into the building while creating an awe-inspiring factor for a sophisticated experience. These entrance lobbies form a curvilinear pop-up zone in front of the garden which further connects one to the central lobby. The lobby boasts high-end pendant lights that cast a warm and welcoming glow. Further, the flooring and walls are adorned with an expanse of marble while the ceiling uses the warmth and timeless beauty of wood redefining the concept of luxury. 

Moving towards the apartments, all the residential towers consist of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units that offer luxurious living spaces and set the standard for contemporary urban living. With state-of-the-art amenities, including functional services, exquisite flooring materials, and security systems, residents experience a lifestyle that integrates the comforts of home with the vibrancy of city living. All the apartments are vastu compliant with privacy being the ultimate consideration. Each floor hosts 18 apartments, which includes 6 apartments in a cluster followed by 2 service cores. These service cores comprise 3 passenger elevators, 1 service elevator and 2 staircases to have a convenient traffic flow while offering designated service for household staff and other visitors. Each residence replicates a singular layout, and two symmetrical units can be conjoined, creating expansive living spaces that exude grandeur and architectural finesse.

The facade of Bhoomi Celestia stands as a testament to both functionality and aesthetics.
