Conducted major rehabilitation and upgrade for affordable housing on 40 apartment buildings, including a large number of accessible units. Coordinated all activities with City Departments, City Officials during design development.  Maintained open communications with client.  Designed  new 8,000 square feet Community Center with afterschool classrooms and other outbuildings. Incorporated environmentally friendly concepts per City request. Provided substantial site improvements per ADA and City ordinances. Oversaw and resolved issues during construction phase, and issued weekly reports and RFI’s. Organized and finalized the design for Phase 2 and Phase 3.
