Successfully completed the design of major upgrade in this large existing residential complex. Coordinated meetings with City Officials and departments during design development. Maintained open communications with client at all time. Working in synchrony with consultants, constructed new 18,500 square feet parking garage. Designed 18,000 square feet of new residential units, leasing offices, private gym and other recreational areas over existing garage structure, approved by the City of Huntington Beach in 2009.

Completed rehabilitation of 19 buildings for affordable housing on this existing site. Participated in all meetings with City officials and departments during design development, and maintained open communications with the client. Incorporated environmentally friendly concepts which provided the client with State and Federal credits. Designed new 9000 square feet building with additional units, leasing office, learning center and new outbuildings. Working in concert with the City, provided a major site improvements per ADA. Executed all design phases and construction administration.
Tenant improvement / New Construction: Citrus Grove – Phase 1, Rialto, CA, $ 25 mil. Completed 2008
Conducted major rehabilitation and upgrade for affordable housing on 40 apartment buildings, including a large number of accessible units. Coordinated all activities with City Departments, City Officials during design development. Maintained open communications with client. Designed new 8,000 square feet Community Center with afterschool classrooms and other outbuildings. Incorporated environmentally friendly concepts per City request. Provided substantial site improvements per ADA and City ordinances. Oversaw and resolved issues during construction phase, and issued weekly reports and RFI’s. Successfully completed the design for this $ 3.3 mil., 8500 sq. ft. custom home. Working in synchrony with the client and consultants, completely redesigned the entire site. Customized the new pool house, infinity pool and surrounding area, and incorporated green building design. Executed the schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
Performed multiple functions for other architectural firms in Southern California. Managed overall project performances. Provided direct support to other functional project teams in the planning and execution of the job including, resolving issues, managing resources and project coordination, interfacing with client representatives regarding the project’s progress. Projects included land design and development, Multi-family projects, Custom homes, Commercial, Tenant improvements and Dental offices.
