The one of a kind program for this project had an important mission: to bring together the services necessary to appropriately address the needs of child victims of sex crimes. The challenge was to find the site, community, and right public and private partnerships to bring this project to realization. Then execute a building that efficiently combines Police, Child Advocates, social services, and pediatrics.
