This project was Philadelphia's first major renovation to achieve LEED Silver. The Philadelphia Police Department combined it's training operations from multiple sites to this location, a former USARC Training site, awarded to the City through the US military's BRAC program. 

The Architect of record did an excellent job designing to the City's vision, and the dramatic transformation earned the General Contractor and the City recognition for excellence in Construction Management.
