Demolition of an existing country club built in 1957. Construction of a split level two-story Clubhouse. The facility incorporates a mixed grille and bar. 102 seat Member's Dining Room, Outdoor Terrace Dining, 365 seat Banquet Room with foldable partitions, full Back of House Commercial Kitchen, Meeting Rooms, Board Room and Administrative Offices. Project includes a Snack Bar, Pro Shop, Men's and Ladies Restroom/Locker Rooms (632 lockers total), Hot Tub, Sauna, Card Room, Quiet Lounge, Fitness Room and Hair Salon. Other buildings include remodeling approximately 6,000 SF Cart Barn for golf cart parking/maintenance and golf bag storage. 140 SF Gate House and Wedding Gazebo area (100 Seats)
