The City of New York requested that a Pedestrian Bridge be constructed between NYPD Headquarters and City Hall As part of the $30M Chatham Square Redevelopment Project. under the employment of CSA Group, Ricardo produced all of the architectural construction drawings for the $5M Pedestrian Bridge, designed and supervised by Francisco Ruela, RA. Ricardo also had a major role in schematic design of the entrance and termination of the bridge along with fully designing its complex cable-rail railing system. While Ricardo assembled and delivered a full bid-set to the City of New York, the project was ultimately terminated and condemned to Paper Architecture for the foreseeable future.
