The project consists of renovations and additions to a nondescript circa 1980’s home that sits on a uniquely private site overlooking a salt marsh with views to Long Island Sound. The Owners requested that the project provide a home that takes more advantage of the views, has a modern aesthetic yet includes vernacular design characteristics of the New England coastal town of Guilford, Connecticut.
