The design is based on Geometric  rotation which means each floor rotated 30 degrees for example: first floor 30 degrees, second floor 60 degrees,third floor 90 degrees and the fourth floor 90 degrees.

Having a calm place in middle of a crowded city helps the inhabitant of the city to skip from humdrum routine life style. designing a library with features of four seasons, spring, summer,fall and winter in each specific floor  is a good example of this kind of space. as each season as its own color the ceiling and floor of each different level is shown.
