The site is approximately 19 mu ,located at the north Shanghai. The ice storage was surrounded by two express ways and other factories.

Reform Target:

    From an ice storage to office/studio, and expand the area from 20600 ㎡ to 35000 ㎡ .

   As an simple of old factories’ transformation ,  promote economic development , enhance the city image.
