Unity Integrated Housing was a project dedicated to enhance unity in Indonesia. Under the current social phenomena of housing in Indonesia where rich and poor are separated, Indonesia is threatened by possibility of repeating chaos such as Mei 1998 tragedy. This housing integrated high, middle, and low economy class housing with ratio 1:3:5. Learning from the urban trends of the era, it had green social spaces spreaded on ground and upper levels of the buildings. The green social spaces was the answer to smoothen the social integration. The project also had green jogging track on the roof of podium and commercial on the ground level. The car parking was made open-air so it didn’t feel like basement to further increase the comfort of the living.
