This project main focus is structural, exterior repairs, mechanical, electrical. plumbing and landscape improvements. The project was initiated in 2010 and is expected to be complete Fall of 2015, the project is currently at $23.5 million.

This project is addressing general failures, aesthetic enhancements and sustainable improvements. The project encompasses 26.5 acres, 32-buildings with 300 multifamily flat and town home units.
